Element Cattos Decomp

This is a silly little mod that I have made during my freetime, since Oberorka's development in this game has been held, I thought of just adding my additions and with a bit of help from the Element Cattos community! Expect bugs here and there because im not good with Godot >.<
There's a lot of changes but im lazy to list them here, so just explore around!
